Rob Williams is an Idaho native, raised in the City of Boise. Mr. Williams has been in the real estate appraisal business since 1981, has been a designated member of the Appraisal Institute since 1989 (MAI) and is an Idaho Certified General Appraiser (Certificate No. CGA-6). He is also a past president of the Southern Idaho Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and a past president of the Snake River Chapter of the International Right of Way Association. His appraisal practice includes a variety of commercial assignments with an emphasis on problem solving.
