Randy Podolsky brings more than thirty-six years experience to his position and varying responsibilities at Podolsky Northstar. The Riverwoods, Illinois based firm specializes in industrial, office and investment real estate in the greater Chicago region, providing tenant and building representation, acquisition, disposition, development, property and facility management, as well as design-build construction for ownership or lease.

Randy serves as Managing Principal of the firm and as a broker and an Asset Manager. He is responsible for new transactions, renewal negotiations and real estate purchase and sale contracts for an average of three quarters of a million square feet per year. He also provides specialized brokerage and investment real estate negotiation and consulting services to Fortune 1,000 firms, entrepreneurs, institutions and not-for-profits. Randy also heads the firm's Investment, Asset Protection Workout REO, Receiver and Property/Facility Management Teams.

Randy recently orchestrated the acquisition, redevelopment and subsequent sale of the $40 million, 283,290 square feet Concourse Office Plaza in Skokie, Illinois for a private investment group. In 44 months the investment doubled investor equity. Randy also facilitates the acquisition and disposition of properties for its asset-managed investor clients.

Randy is a key member of the Podolsky Northstar Development team, which has completed over 7 million square feet of industrial and office development and redevelopment projects, including Riverwoods Corporate Center, Westbrook Corporate Center, Orchard 88 Business Park, and the firm's current 21 acre PUD office development, Promenade Place Bolingbrook. The firm offers a full range of development services including site analysis, feasibility studies and entitlement, zoning and annexation procurement, land planning and utilization as well as construction administration/owner's representation.
