Bruce has worked in the Kent Valley Industrial Market for the past 5 years.   • Provided a 5 acre site for development of the main Seattle Facility for MV Transportation which runs the Access Bus and Microsoft transportation services.
  • Relocated Knight Transportation into their new West Coast Seattle Truck Facility.
  • Worked with MTR Transportation in their relocation of their Seattle Bus Facility.
  • Represented Pacific Food Importers in their search to relocate and purchase a 50,000 square foot building in the Kent Valley.

Bruce holds a Bachelors degree in English and Economics from the University of California at San Diego. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two young children.
