MultiHousingNews recently reported that a new online product has been popular with property management companies, and may help improve management abilities.
Technology company Yardi initially unveiled Voyager S in March, which helps improve the software infrastructure of a company, the news source noted. In addition, the company joined in an agreement with G5 to help further develop online programs for property managers, which was announced at the 2012 NAA Education Conference & Exposition in Boston. Continued efforts to integrate programs may help companies that manage multifamily properties have an easier time completing operations.
Some of these property management tools help companies better utilize their websites, which could help organizations learn about how to better attract potential tenants, the news source explained. In addition, a new tool called the Leasing Pad can help property managers work with leasing issues more easily while not on the property or in the office. This includes completing leases, helping new tenants with a move or helping them extend their stay.
There are many options available that could help property managers improve a handle on their business.
